Gut Hülsenberg once again at the top

The Bundesverband Rind und Schwein e.V. has honoured the best Holstein dairy farms for 2023 according to the lifetime performance of the dairy cows that have left the farm.

Gut Hülsenberg once again achieved a top ranking. In the size category 200-499 dairy cows, the farm took 4th place among all German dairy farms. The 53 outgoing cows achieved an average lifetime performance of 23.7 kg of milk.

This is the fourth time in the last five years that Gut Hülsenberg has been on this coveted top list, which is highly recognised by all dairy farmers. Consistent herd management, very good environmental conditions, excellent forage and a precisely harmonised feeding concept contribute significantly to this outstanding performance.
